How to order and submit my prescription?

You can send us via Whatsapp or email your eyeglasses prescription (it's diffrent with your contacts!) and pupilary distance (PD) during the checkout process. We provide eye examination at our stores as well as home try-on program for select cities so you can do eye testing at the comfort of your home. Your PD is the Distance in milimeters between your pupils, and help us center your prescription corectly in your frames.

HINT: Here’s how you can measure your PD by a snap of a photo.

Use your ID or driving license and position it in the center, under and attached to your nose. Look straight ahead and take your picture. Our experts will determine your PD. (Easy rite?)

Feel free to reach out to us to check your eyeglasses prescription before placing an order. Also, your eyeglasses prescription is typically still good if it’s less than two years old.

How to order multiple pairs of glasses with different prescriptions?

Please place a separate order for each pair that has a different prescription. We offer free shipping across Indonesia, so no need to worry about getting charged extra for the separate orders.

How to check the status of my order?

Login to your account using your phone number. Click “Profile” and then "My Orders" to check the latest status of your order. You’re always welcome to reach out to us directly too, to check the status of your order.

What is the difference between single-vision, high-index single-vision and progressive lenses?

Single-vision lenses offer one correction throughout the entire lens and are used typically for reading or distances. High-index single-vision lenses offer the same purpose but for someone with a higher eyeglasses prescription, typically for sphere value greater than -3.

For a seamless transition from distance correction on the top to reading correction on the bottom, progressive lenses will be your choice, offering multiple focal corrections in one lens. This means you can see your whole field of vision without switching between multiple pairs of glasses. (Pretty cool.)

Where can I find my frame’s measurements?

The frame measurements are listed as three numbers and printed on the inside of the temple arm with the following order: lens width – bridge width – temple arm length.
